Fluid Adventures has the South coasts only Level 2 Surfing Coach with over 20 years Competition and international surfing experience. Fluid's beginner lessons also cater for people with disabilities. Even if you've never been to a beach before.You will learnocean safety, surf board handling, paddling techniques, how to catching waves and most importantly how to stand up correctly. Our lessons cater for kids from 8 years old all the way to senior citizens. Our lessons have a max of 8 people per group. Don't be concerned about your fitness even if you're out of shape, for you we also have the equipment and techniques to get you up and riding. We provide warm full length wetsuits that will keep you toasty even on the coldest days. OurIntermediatelesson format is one on one and we endeavor to find waves in the local area suited to your ability. If you're having trouble breaking onto your next surfing level, finding it frustrating, having difficultly reading waves, catching waves or completing maneuvers. We have the experience and expertise to multiply your chances of success. FluidsAdvanced programs are designed to suit all levels of surfers fromintermediateto national and international competition level. We provide in-the-water and video coaching, fitness training and preparation for competitions. We are firm believers in using video analysis to pin point and explain how to improve any areas of your surfing. You are never too old to learn and correct technique mistakes, most surfers make the same simple mistakes for decades.
